Hailing originally from Malaysia, Dr Zainol moved to New Zealand in 2004 and obtained her medical degree at the University of Otago. After working in various hospital specialties as a junior doctor, she embarked on her GP training and is currently working towards gaining Fellowship of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners

She is married to a GP and is the proud mother of two beautiful children. She is proud to call Cambridge home after moving here with her family in 2018.

She has a special interest in child health and the management of chronic diseases. She believes in partnering and building trust with patients to improve their healthcare.
